Precast offer on mini Hiker Girl

In this sculpture (a miniature version of the larger sculpture offered), I honor the strong women in our lives. The working title of this piece (shown in wax) is, “She Hikes.“ where the goal was to convey fluid motion, independence, and the perseverance of a free spirit in the face of all that life brings. Whether the strong woman in your life is a hiker or not, you feel their influence in life's journey. They go to bat for us, they do the difficult tasks that others shy away from, they take time to explain challenging situations to us and they influence us in so many ways. These amazing women touch us in ways that often go unnoticed in the moment, but they prove their meaningful role across the arc of time. This sculpture is not just thank you, but a monument to the strong women around us. I cherish my dear wife, my mother, to my sister, my grandmothers, my great grandmother, and any number of friends, teachers, coworkers, and more… as I'm sure you do.
