“Gentleman Caller” – Wild Turkey Sculpture

Gentleman Caller was a piece developed over a period of years following the observation of three Tom turkeys at the Ogden Nature Center in Utah. Chief among the three males, this Tom displayed almost constantly with a vigor that eclipsed the others and displayed an extraordinary dexterity with his fan and tail feathers, waving them back-and-forth as a Geisha might display her paper fan.
